Officials from the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc), attached to the Valencia Municipal Delegation, arrested Gabriel Alexander Ruiz Urquiola (22), who held two teenagers, aged 13 and 15, kidnapped in the Josefa Camejo sector of the Los Guayos parish, Los Guayos municipality, Carabobo state.
According to the account on the Instagram social network of the director of the Cicpc, Douglas Rico, the case began as missing persons, after the victims were last seen in the Los Guayos parish.
After the investigations were carried out, it was determined that the young women were sharing a pool where they met the detainee and another criminal (36) on the run, who after gaining their trust through skills and deception took them to a home in the Josefa Camejo sector, where under death threats and using their physical strength they forced them to consume psychotropic substances while sexually abusing them for three days.
The victims took advantage when one of the antisocials left the house and when the other criminal was careless, they fled.
The Cicpc reported that it continues to search for the other subject to be apprehended and brought to justice.
The detained kidnapper was placed under the orders of the 21st Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the Judicial District of Carabobo state.
