Cicpc investigates the murder of a transsexual in Valencia

Yender Sivira Castillo, (19), was murdered in Casalta IV, Caracas, in October 2019

Wilson Alberto Rangel Mata (29), nicknamed El Will, was captured by Cicpc agents due to his alleged participation in the murder of Yender José Sivira Castillo, (19), an active official of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), which occurred in Casalta IV, Los Pinos sector, Caracas, in October 2019.

The subject was caught on Zulia street, La Vega, Caracas. Two other participants in the homicide still remain to be arrested. At the time, Javier Eduardo Manrique Flores (28) and Rafael Diovangel Baeza Salazar (28), nicknamed El Zurdo, were captured.

The five subjects approached the soldier and stripped him of his regulation weapon. Later they assassinate him by hitting his head with the handles of their weapons and multiple shots, the Cicpc reported.
