The data exchange will be made through the information contained in the Digital Porte Cartacreated by the Fiscal Authority in 2022, to establish control mechanisms in the inspection, verification and surveillance of compliance with the legal provisions applicable to the transfer of goods and goods, the SAT reported in a statement on Monday.
With this collaboration, the authorities may strengthen the acts of inspection, since the means of transport, of the people involved in the transfer, as well as the origin and destination of the products can be identified.
One of the objectives is to give better safety conditions to the movement of merchandise in the country, said Marina’s secretary, Almirante Raymundo Pedro Morales.
The head of the SAT, Antonio Martínez Dagnino, said that this measure facilitates the use of the Porte Chart with joint training actions to guarantee a fair and orderly trade.
He said that through the electronic invoice system more than 350 CFDI is issued per second and, since January 2022, and with a cut at August 31, 2025, 1,510 million invoices with a letter porte have been issued, for about 140,000 unique emitters.
