The man has been a fugitive since the seizure of a shipment of 305 kilos of pressed marijuana on December 21 in Alto Paraná.
Prosecutor Manuel Rojas Rodríguez requested the rebellion of an alleged drug trafficker, whom he charged for the alleged commission of the punishable act of unauthorized possession of narcotic substances.
He is identified as Derlis Ramon Vallejos (29), native of General Resquín and with last address in the Ciudad Nueva neighborhood of the capital of Alto Paraná, whose whereabouts are unknown.

The man would be the owner of a shipment of 305 kilos of pressed marijuana, distributed in 308 rectangular loaves which was seized on December 22 during the search of his home carried out by a delegation from the Specialized Unit in the Fight against Drug Trafficking and the Anti-Narcotics Department of the National Police.
On that occasion, the anti-drugs inspected the place and found the illegal loading in the trunk of a Toyota Premio car, that it was parked on the site and that it was also seized by those responsible for the operation.
Luz Bella Barrios, partner of the suspect, told the interveners that the vehicle with the drugs was taken to the place on December 21 by the man, who told her that I would pick him up the next day, but he didn’t show up.
The prohibited substances were supposedly ready for distribution and marketing in the triple borderactivity to which the now accused would be dedicated, for a long time, as the investigators suspect.

Once detained, Derlis Ramón Vallejos must be sent to prison in free communication and at the disposal of the Criminal Court of Guarantees.
