He Public Ministry reported this Friday about the beginning of an investigation against an official belonging to the Chacao Police for physically attacking a citizen.
According to the publication made in your Instagram accountProsecutor’s Office 125 of the Caracas Metropolitan Area (AMC) was designated to carry out the investigation of the incident.
“The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reports that Prosecutor’s Office 125 of the AMC was designated to investigate and punish arbitrary acts carried out by an official assigned to the Chacao Police,” he says.
The entity explained that the official was making a call for attention to a citizen who was traveling in his vehicle near the Sambil Chacao shopping center.
The Public Ministry detailed that the official “physically attacked him by throwing his cell phone equipment to the ground, in which these violent events were captured.”
