Early this Thursday morning he was attacked with explosive devices and firearms at the Paraíso medical center, which is located on Avenida Universidad, Maracaibo (Zulia), according to police reports.
This is the second attack on that health facility. On January 10, the criminals launched another explosive that did not explode.
On this occasion, they threw a grenade that knocked down the emergency door. The pre-surgical area was shot at four times. No people were reported injured.
Agents of the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (cones) went to the site to start the investigations.

In another incident, officials from the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command arrested three members of the criminal organization founded by Adrián José Rodríguez Gudiño (El Adriancito), military sources said.
The subjects were detained in the Villa Nueva Venezuela urbanization, Lagunillas municipality, Zulia state, in response to the complaint filed No. GNB-Conas-Gaes-COL-SIP: 0023-2023, for the crime of extortion, the source said.
Those captured are: Richard Enrique Coa Vicuña, José Gregorio Arteaga Quiroz and Denyerbeth Esnoider Gutiérrez Ávila.
These subjects were in charge of carrying out explosive attacks on the homes of the victims to pressure them to agree to extortion.
