They assure that such billboards were placed more than 13 years ago in different places of the building, by an agreement between the parties, which the current Directorate of the DGI is unaware of and violent. “The Directorate also violates Law 17,940, since the posted signage does not harm the operation or management of the body, but rather expresses the union’s vision on issues of interest to all officials.”

The union reiterated its questioning of the Directorate that “has designated commissions by hand with salaries that exceed 200,000 pesos per month, violating the current agreement of June 2018 and failing to comply with Law 18,719.”
“It does not comply with the current commissioning contests, it does not integrate the courts and it intends to continue appointing positions by hand. It does not carry out the pending promotion contests established in the collective agreement of March 2018. It does not comply with article 10 of Law 19,355, ignoring the professional task carried out by dozens of officials, using discretion to make changes in the ranks, ”said the union.
Likewise, the union expressed that Tax does not call for collective bargaining despite the fact that the union has insisted on the request for a meeting, not respecting the Collective Bargaining Law in the public sector, adopting unilateral measures with total arbitrariness.
On the other hand, they denounced the closure of offices and the dismantling of services. It also does not fill vacancies and does not call for income, leaving critical areas for the organization’s management unprovided.
The workers’ association stated that the Prevention and Health services have not been installed, which is an obligation established by current decrees and a necessary tool to comply with the regulations on occupational health and safety.
