Students from the National Pedagogical University (UPN)-Ajusco who have been on strike since October 28, reiterated that any dialogue table with the rector Rosa María Torres Hernández must take place in the facilities of that university, and not at the headquarters of the Human Rights Commission of Mexico City, as the institution proposes.
After concluding a student assembly, they called on “the rector and the authorities of the UPN to attend an open, public, transparent and decisive dialogue at 2 p.m. this Friday,” and emphasized that one of the conditions is that “it must be transmitted on the university’s institutional networks.”
