The ministers changed were Transport and Communications, Energy and Mines, Interior and Agrarian Development. Vladimir Cerrón, secretary general of Peru Libre, questioned the changes. “Extreme right-wing in the mining sector will increase conflicts. However, beyond these expressions, no bench, formally, is encouraged to present a motion of censure against Torres, who even challenged them before the plenary session on May 12.
