Prosecutor Vivian Coronel filed charges against a woman, identified as Yemi Diana Cubilla Ibánez (37), for the alleged punishable act of pimping and similarly requested her preventive detention.
The accused allegedly, from September 22 to November 3, 2022, induced the teenager into prostitution in a tenement used as a brothel, at kilometer 8 Acaray in the San Juan neighborhood of the capital of Alto Paraná. The minor was brutally murdered Last Thursday in a room in the motel Falls at kilometer 8 Monday in Ciudad del Este, where he would have gone with a client.

According to research, Yemi Diana presumably demanded a percentage of the profit from the now deceased as profit from the practice of prostitution. The minor before being murdered was presumably picked up by a man who would be of Brazilian nationality.
The Specialized Unit began investigating the pimping case after the prosecutor Carolina Gadea, who investigates the intentional homicide of SMG, ordered the breakdown of the case, according to official letter 2,846, dated November 4, 2022.

Later, Yemi Diana Cubilla Ibánez was deprived of liberty on November 5, at 8:00 p.m., by means of a well-founded arrest warrant issued by the prosecutor Vivian Coronelwho finally resolved his accusation and asked the Court of Guarantees to order his preventive detention, considering the seriousness of the fact.
