The incident occurred on Saturday, April 15, when, according to the TNC, López Suárez, 38, along with other workers, “was erasing the gang graffiti and a car passed and fired with a semi-automatic weapon.”

Local media reported that the person allegedly responsible for shooting at the migrant was a subject identified as Jamal Jackson, 24 years old.
