Néstor Bergougnoux is investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office and the Interior after the complaint of a cadet, who accused the director of beating him in a bathroom

The Director of the National Police SchoolNestor Bergougnoux, was stopped this Friday, as part of a research which carries forward prosecution after a cadet it denounce by inhuman and degrading treatment about several students of that center, they informed The Observer sources related to the case.
In addition to Justice, Bergougnoux was investigated by the Ministry of the Interior after a cadet reported that the director it hit while I was in a bathroom Y forced him to stay for hours with his clothes stained with fecal matter without the possibility of sanitizing himselfwhich he considered a “inhumane” treatment“, as reported by La Diario at the time. Due to this beating, the cadet suffered a slight head injury.
Prosecutor Gabriela Fossati took up the case on August 1, after the information became public. On that date, the Interior ordered an urgent investigation to find out the details of the case and sent Bergougnoux “to carry out other tasks while the investigation progresses,” according to information from the ministry reported by Telemundo.
