The Cicpc reported this Friday the capture of Génesis Del Valle Delgado Sánchez (27), accused of participating in the murder of Oscar Garcés Ferrer (63), an event that occurred on October 9, 2021 in Los Palos Grandes, Chacao municipality (Miranda). The woman was captured in the surroundings of Plaza Francia, Altamira.
That October 9 of last year, Genesis entered the sexagenarian’s home with a man and another woman who have not yet been captured.
They arrived with the purpose of stealing property from the victim. And to subdue Oscar Garcés, the man suffocated him, while the two women stuck several white weapons into his body, a situation that caused his death inside the building.
The detainee was handed over to the 14th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of Caracas.
Another Cicpc procedure took place in San Cristóbal (Táchira), where José Aníbal Parada Miranda (34) and Luis Alberto Ruiz González (30) were arrested as responsible for the murder of the public accountant, José Gregorio Jaimes Morales (42), which occurred in the Villa San Cristóbal urbanization, on August 26. Parada went to the accountant’s house for a share.
And that is when the subject killed Jaimes Morales after hitting him with a lamp. He later called Ruiz González to open the safe and load it with dollars, among other goods.
