The Cicpc reported on the arrest of Álvaro José Hernández Naranjo (54), nicknamed Dilo El Cirujano, accused of murdering a neighbor and chopping parts of his body, including his member.
The arrest of Hernández Naranjo was carried out by Cicpc-Cagua agents, assigned to investigate the homicide of Ramón Alirio Sandía Mora (64), an event that occurred on October 19 in the Las Vegas sector, Monagas street, San Martín de Porres parish, Libertador municipality (Cagua) in the state of Aragua.

The investigation showed that the motive for the crime was passionate, since the victim, Ramón Sandía Mora, was allegedly abusing trust with the perpetrator’s romantic partner.
Hernández violently broke into the victim’s home and, using a knife-type weapon, caused multiple wounds, causing his immediate death. When the body was lifted, it showed a severed limb, among others.
The arrest of Hernández, who has two records for generic robbery and personal injury, took place in the Palmares community of Jerusalem, Los Próceres street, Palo Negro parish (Aragua).
Two knives, clothing and a pot were collected at the scene. The man was handed over to the 32nd Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of Aragua state.
