The Cicpc captured a man accused of the murder of a fellow drinker, an incident that occurred in El Moján (Zulia) last Tuesday.
The fatal victim is identified as Reinaldo Antonio Iguaran Montiel (44), who shared alcoholic beverages with Jhon Jarvis Fernández Fernández (24).
In the middle of that evening, an argument occurred between the two, at which time Jhon took out a machete and wounded Reinaldo several times until he died by dismembering the body, the Cicpc reported.
In another incident, Garley López (3), died yesterday morning after falling from the eighth floor of the Misión Vivienda building located in Parque Carabobo, near the Civil Protection headquarters.
