The Public Ministry reported that a subject was arrested who overwhelmed a citizen and fled, in an event reported at kilometer 26 of the Pan -American Highway, in Los Teques, Miranda state.
Through the official Instagram account of the MP, it was announced that the apprehended was identified as José Guillén, who will be charged with the crime of serious injuries by way of eventual intent and omission to the relief.
The post indicates that “in an irresponsibly and reckless manner”, the individual José Guillén was driving a pick -up truck at excessive speed, overwhelming a citizen who moved in a type vehicle (motorcycle), subsequently giving himself to the escape in order to evade his responsibility.
The detainee is expected to be placed at the order of the Court of Control, so that it proceeds to its respective imputation by the Public Ministry of the Miranda State.
