A man allegedly linked to the crime Against Sexual Freedom and Integrity in the form of Rape, to the detriment of a minor, was apprehended by the National Police in the district of San Miguelito.
The action that allowed the apprehension of this 43-year-old man was carried out in the Santa Librada sector, and he was sent for the corresponding procedures.
According to the investigations carried out by the judicial authorities, this man is linked to the crime of Rape to the detriment of his own daughter. It is expected that in the next few hours he will be brought before a Judge of Guarantees.
