The Colombian Police arrested Luis Alfredo Carrillo Ortiz, alleged member of the band of Aragua involved in the kidnapping and subsequent murder of the retired Lieutenant Venezuelan Ronald Ojeda Moreno, which occurred in Santiago, Chile in February 2024.
As reported by Prosecutor’s Office Colombian, this Thursday, February 6, Carrillo, aka ‘enjoyment’, is requested by Chilean justice · to respond for crimes that occurred in 2024 in different communes of Santiago de Chile ».
Carillo Ortiz was required by interpol red notification.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, Luis Alfredo Carrillo Ortiz, investigated by the Ojeda case, was arrested by the Police in the town of Chiscas, in the department of Boyacá, in the center of the country.
Chilean authorities require alias ‘enjoyment’ to respond for charges related to criminal association, extortion kidnapping and kidnapping with homicide.

According to the evidence collected, the Venezuelan is allegedly “one of those responsible for at least three illicit within Aragua in different sectors of Santiago de Chile.
The detainee is accused of being part of the Aragua train, a criminal organization that, supplanting the Chilean authorities and with a false court order, entered a building in the Independence commune, took the retired lieutenant Ronald Ojeda «kept him in captivity killer.
