On Wednesday afternoon, the Police apprehended Mary Ch. M., a court social worker who was in charge of former judge Rafael Alcón and who released femicide and serial killer Richard Choque under house arrest. In addition, they investigate the woman for collecting bribes from those deprived of liberty.
Choque Flores was released from prison thanks to a medical report that revealed a gastritis picture and when the term of his benefit expired, the officials in charge of monitoring the case did not take measures to ensure that he serves his sentence of 30 years in prison. .
“The basis is that this person, not only in relation to Mr. Richard Choque, but in relation to others deprived of liberty, would have generated different irregularities,” reported prosecutor Junior Flores.
This person was in charge of making “reports and follow-up” on the cases of several prisoners who, it is presumed, benefited from their reports.

“Within this case it has been established that one of the prisoners who was enjoying freedom is Mr. Leonel Cortez Paco,” said the prosecutor.
In this context, the investigators detected the collection of bribes in order to benefit this group of prisoners in their reports.
“It has been possible to take the statement of one of the witnesses, who has stated that this social worker would have demanded almost more than 1,000 to 2,000 Bolivians so that she can make reports in favor of those deprived of liberty,” explained the Public Ministry official. .
The woman is investigated for the crimes of improper use of influence, breach of duties and consortium of judges, prosecutors and lawyers in a degree of complicity.
