The National Police reported that last Saturday he arrested the third person linked to the death of a renowned painter Township Hato Mayorin the homonymous province.
This is Alexander Villanueva de los Santos, alias Maikel, 26, a resident of the Gualey sector of the aforementioned city and who was “actively wanted” by the Police with an arrest warrant.
According to the uniformed, Santos violated articles 295, 296 and 304 of the Dominican Penal Code, to the detriment of José Luis Mota Rosa (Papolo the Painter), 44 years old, who according to the medical diagnosis died as a result of stab wound.
Regarding the case, the Police reported that on January 11, Agustín Sosa Araujo, alias Gogo, 47, turned himself in at the Investigation Division (Dicrim), another of those involved in allegedly killing Papolo the Painter.
Also on January 14, Olga Lidia Sosa Silvestre, 42, turned herself in to Dicrim for alleged violation of articles 295, 296 and 304 of the Dominican Penal Code, to the detriment of José Luis Mota Rosa.
According to what was established by the Police, the event originated in La Altagracia street in the Gualey sector, in Hato Mayormoments after the deceased hold a fight with those detained today.
