This is Starling Javier Santanilla, 19, who was captured on video by cameras at a time when he attacked his father to get money.
According to what was reported by the Police, the young man confessed that he beat his father, since he did not want to give him money.
The young man will be subjected to the action of justice in the next few hours so that the corrective measures of place are applied.
