The Police arrested a man who assaulted a 71-year-old woman on Gaspar Polanco street, almost at the corner of Núñez de Cáceres, Mirador Sur sector, whom he threw to the floor and took a cell phone, a criminal act that was caught on camera video surveillance and viralized in social networks.
This is Haitian national Jesús Alberto Luis (El Comando), who was captured for violently assaulting Mrs. Zulema Ercilia Abreu González and taking her mobile phone last Sunday, June 19.
The Policeman reported that the location and capture of Alberto Luis materialized due to the intervention of a team of investigators, commanded by Colonel Cecilia González, who had intelligence work.
The detainee will be brought to justice in the next few hours, via the Public Ministry, so that a measure of coercion is known.
