The National Police reported on Friday afternoon that the man accused of finalizing bullets was arrested Luis Gustavo Grullón de Aza (aka Nini)in an event that occurred on August 26 on Colón Street, near the Palace of Justice of San Francisco de Macorís.
The detainee is Richy Alberto Hernández22, resident in the National District, Santo Domingo. His arrest occurred while traveling aboard a vehicle along the main avenue of the municipality of Jaquimeyes, province Barahona.
Hernández, captured by agents of the Intelligence Department (Dintel) in coordination with members assigned to this South Regional Directorate, was transferred to the corresponding jurisdiction, where he will face the legal processes established by law.

The uniformed had indicated that in the crime scene against Nini Caps and other evidence were collected, in addition to being occupied the motorcycle in which the deceased, a 9 mm caliber pistol with eight capsules and a cell phone.
