Mexicans wanted by the DEA in 2024
Ivan Archivaldo Guzman Salazar
Iván Archivaldo Guzmán is the son of Mexican drug lord Joaquín Guzmán Loera, known as “El Chapo.” The DEA is looking for him for trafficking fentanyl and other drugs in the United States. Iván is part of the “Chapitos,” a faction related to the Pacific Cartel or Sinaloa Cartel, and is also known as “The King of Cocaine.”
According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), there is a reward of up to $10 million for information leading to an arrest and/or conviction.

Oscar Noe Media Gonzalez
Oscar Noe Medina, alias “El Panu,” is wanted for allegedly being the top deputy of Ivan Archivaldo Guzman Salazar. According to the DEA, he is in charge of supervising each of the “Chapitos” regional commanders, who are responsible for security in their designated areas in Mexico, and the hitmen who are sent to protect fentanyl trafficking operations, in addition to assassinating members of rival cartels.
The DEA states that he is wanted for continuing criminal enterprise (CCE), conspiracy to import fentanyl, conspiracy to traffic fentanyl, possession of machine guns and destructive devices, conspiracy to possess machine guns and destructive devices, and conspiracy to launder money.
The reward for his capture amounts to 4 million dollars.
Carlos Omar Felix-Gutierrez
Carlos Omar Félix is another of the operators of the “Chapitos.” They say he is in charge of operating the clandestine fentanyl laboratories for the Sinaloa cartel, where the precursor chemicals of fentanyl, imported from China, are processed to obtain the substance that will be sent to the United States.
The DEA says he is wanted for conspiracy to import fentanyl, conspiracy to traffic fentanyl, possession of machine guns and destructive devices, conspiracy to possess machine guns and destructive devices, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
His reward is one million dollars.
Silvano Francisco Mariano
Silvano Francisco Mariano, known as “Rayo” or “Rayito,” is also allegedly linked to the operation of clandestine fentanyl laboratories for the Sinaloa cartel.
According to his DEA profile, he is wanted for the following federal violations: conspiracy to import fentanyl, conspiracy to traffic fentanyl, possession of machine guns and destructive devices, conspiracy to possess machine guns and destructive devices, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
The reward is one million dollars.
Liborio Nunez Aguirre
Liborio Nunez, alias “Karateka,” is another member of the “Chapitos,” involved in trafficking large quantities of fentanyl in the form of pills and powder.
The DEA says he is wanted for conspiracy to import fentanyl, conspiracy to traffic fentanyl, possession of machine guns and destructive devices, conspiracy to possess machine guns and destructive devices, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
His reward is one million dollars.
Alan Gabriel Nunez Herrera
Alan Gabriel Nunez Herrera is accused of operating with the “Chapitos” and being responsible for providing 20,000 fentanyl pills and approximately five kilos of fentanyl powder in October and November 2022, which were sold to an undercover DEA agent in different locations in California.
He is wanted for federal violations of conspiracy to import fentanyl, conspiracy to traffic fentanyl, possession of machine guns and destructive devices, conspiracy to possess machine guns and destructive devices, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
The reward is one million dollars.
Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes
Nemesio Oceguera Cervantes, known as “El Mecho,” is identified as the leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). The DEA is offering a reward of up to $10 million to anyone who provides information leading to his arrest and/or conviction.
