The news about the lifeless discovery of a 3-year-old baby caused shock and sorrow in the Romero Kue settlement from the city of Pedro Juan Caballero.
It had initially been reported the disappearance of the minoralthough later his death could be confirmed after his body was found in an abandoned house in the area.

After learning about the context of the case, the outraged neighbors decided to take “justice into their own hands” and blocked the access road to the Romero Kue settlementin order to prevent the firefighters or the National Police from entering.
