Authorities, relatives and friends of two Venezuelan stylists disappeared in Riohacha Since last September 12, they have undertaken an intense search throughout La Guajira.
They are Miguel Medina and Eduardo Urdaneta from Cabimas (Zulia) and Coro (Falcón); respectively, whose work as stylists is highly recognized throughout Riohacha, reviewed the media Snail News.
A video, apparently recorded hours before his disappearance and sent to one of his friends, is key to finding the whereabouts of the Venezuelans.
«In the afternoon he sends me a WhatsApp that he was going to accompany his boss to make an address and at this time I don’t know anything about Miguel, nor about his boss. We have had no contact with them,” said Marlines Hurtado, mother of one of the disappeared.
“We have moved pasting brochures, searching, and we ask the authorities to help us look for them so that the despair and anguish we have are removed,” said Yorquelis Benítez, cousin of one of the stylists.
The police investigating the disappearance of the stylists, members of the LGBTIQ+ community, have security camera videos and some testimonies.
“We are doing the inquiries, the investigations and everything that has to do with interviews of the people with whom they met at the time,” said the commander of the Police operation of La GuajiraColonel Jeysson López.
The relatives of the two stylists reported that the buildings where the Venezuelans reside are in order and that the only thing they did not find were the hairdressing elements with which they work.
One of the testimonies of friends is that Medina and Urdaneta would have been seen in a sector of the road that connects Riohacha to the south of La Guajira, but the information is not confirmed by the authorities, reported the digital media Tracking.co.
