According to a press release, the authorities identified the fugitives like the serbian Marco Popovic and the dominicans Gregory Arturo Calzado Paredes (Biliguel), José Francisco Sabino Castillo (Sabino) and Francisco Colon Natera (Kelito), who are being required by court orders to respond to the accusations against them.
