Citizen security organizations are looking for the subject who murdered 48-year-old Yulimar Nais Angulo with a machete, police sources said.
The alleged murderer is identified as Brayan José Cartagena Cabriles, who had just been released from a prison located in the capital region.
Yulimar was attacked by that subject on Thursday, December 1 when she was inside her home located in Las Brisas de Charallave, Cristóbal Rojas municipality, Miranda. She died last Saturday at the Domingo Luciani hospital, as a result of the injuries caused by a machete-type knife that the offender struck various parts of her body.
Relatives of the victim told the investigating police officers of the fact that Yulimar, who was the head of the community, had an argument with Brayan because he demanded that they give him 50 Clap bags.
A police commission is deployed in the sector to locate the perpetrator of the murder.
