The president of the Commission for Hydraulic Resources, Potable Water and Sanitation of the Chamber of Deputies, Rubén Gregorio Muñoz (Morena), affirmed that for years the State was negligent in the care of water, for which it is necessary that the Legislature contemplate this item on your agenda. The ejidatarios and farmers are right; 10 years have passed since the Constitution mandated that water is a human right, and currently, between 12 and 14 million Mexicans do not have a drinking water network.
