Two departure transfers that exceed $690,000 dollars were approved this Tuesday, November 29, by the Budget Commission for the Meritorious Fire Department of the Republic of Panama (BCBRP).
According to the director of the Fire Department, Abdiel Américo Solis Pérez, one of the transfers for B/.333,500.00 will be used for the acquisition of disposable suits against gases and splashes that will be used by the operation of the Hazardous Materials Unit and others.
While the other transfer that amounts to B/.360,000.00 will be used for the payment of the retiree payroll corresponding to the first fortnight of October 2023.
