According to the investigations carried out by the judicial authorities, this man is linked to an act of kidnapping to the detriment of a foreign citizen, which occurred in the township of Río Abajo in May 2022.
In the course of the investigations, the DIJ units manage to identify this person who is apprehended and placed under the orders of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office Against Organized Crime.
