The former administrator of the Banco Hipotecario Nacional (BHN) in the province of Colón, Osmiani Zurita, was apprehended on the night of this Friday, November 18, after a video circulated on social networks having sexual relations with a minor, belonging to the ranks of the Club Deportivo Árabe Unido de Colón.
According to Keyla Pérez, prosecutor of the Colón and Guna Yala Primary Care Section, the former official will be placed under the orders of the Guarantee Judge for the imputation of charges and the imposition of precautionary measures.
It is worth mentioning that Osmiani Zurita was a candidate for representative for the Democratic Revolutionary Party (PRD) and was in charge of this regional portfolio of the BHN in Colón.
