Within the framework of the Fitur Tourist Fair, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of the Wyndham Grand Santo Domingo (Everest Tower), the first five -star luxury property of the brand in the Dominican Republic, scheduled to inaugurate in the summer of 2026.
This expected addition to the Wyndham portfolio is designed to compete with the worldwide luxury hotel chains, marking a significant step for the expansion of the company in the Caribbean region.
Located strategically in the exclusive Piantini sector, in Santo Domingo, the property will have 238 rooms and offer an innovative hotel experience by combining world -class comforts with a unique local aesthetic.

The rates will begin at approximately US $ 500 per night, reflecting the brand’s premium approach.

During the Fitur 2025 fair, Wyndham revealed the first images of the interiors of the Wyndham Grand Santo Domingo, which promise to redefine the luxury hospitality in the region.
Designed to meet the expectations of the most demanding travelers, these spaces reflect a perfect balance between global sophistication and local design.
“It is the first time that a five -star property in Santo Domingo reaches a truly competitive standard standard,” said Gabriel Salom, CEO of Dominican hotel operator, the company created exclusively to manage Wyndham’s properties in the country.
