They announce a Sunday with rains for the Chaco

Bolt’s driver stated that he went to Argentine territory to take refuge for fear of reprisals.

According to the data, Gamarra is a native of the city of Luque, and does not have a criminal record. He would have acted in “legitimate defense” after the attack of the deceased last Wednesday, March 22, on Peru and Artigas avenues, during an assault.

At the time, the intervening prosecutor María Estefanía González mentioned that the platform driver was already fully identified and that, according to his relatives, he would appear last Thursday before the Prosecutor’s Office in the company of his lawyer. However, just this Saturday he did so alleging that he refuge in Argentine territory for fear of reprisals.

The prosecutor said that according to videos, they were two people who approached Bolt’s driver to apparently assault him. It was at that moment that one wanted to enter the back of the vehicle and another in the front. There the driver reacted by shooting and fleeing the site.

That is why it considers that the case could point to the self defense, in view of the fact that the driver’s life was at risk at that time.
