Just on February 17, the State Delegation of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) in Michoacán confirmed that a commander and an agent of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), were kidnapped and subsequently killed to bullets for alleged hitmen in the municipality of Apatzingán, in the region of Tierra Caliente de Michoacán.
The FGR state delegation confirmed that the victims are Sergio Esquivel Zavala and Omar Maldonado Zuzunaga, commander and agent of the PFM, respectively, who on the weekend were commissioned to Apatzingán to carry out special investigation.
