Until now, 15 people arrested for their alleged link with the frustrated attack with explosives that would be activated last August 3 last in the Plaza de la Victoria de la Gran Guerra Patria, located next to Plaza Venezuela, denounced the Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, who yesterday offered a press conference.
Among the detainees is José Daniel García Ortega, who was the person who deposited a bag in the aforementioned content of the six cartridges loaded with TNT, a high -power military explosive that is used to manufacture projectiles, pumps and grenades, according to experts and documents.
During the investigations, the intelligence agencies captured a telephone message that García Ortega sent to one of the people deprived of liberty for their relationship with the plans of the clandestine units activated by María Corina Machado.
“I’m leaving for security because I was on a return to exploit a heavy government,” says García Ortega in the message sent to a friend.
In addition to García Ortega, the main operator of the frustrated attack with explosives was captured and who is a link with the Zulian businessman José Enrique Rincón, who fled to Spain when he saw that the government would dismantle the plans of violence for political purposes that would begin in Zulia to overthrow President Nicolás Maduro.

The plan
Minister Cabello clarified Thursday, during the press conference, that the TNT explosives attack was frustrated because the government infiltrated a person in the cell who was preparing the attack on executing in Plaza Venezuela.

Already arrested, García Ortega recorded a video explaining how he was hired for that operation.
