This Thursday, lawyers Óscar Ramírez Mora and Ana Mora de Ramírez, judicial trustees of a property that is mortgaged in Paso Yobái, owned by the company Minas Paraguay SA, held a press conference to discuss the conflict.

They stated that they are victims of a clan led by Asdrubal Fretes. They pointed out in this regard that the objective is to strip them of that property that corresponds to them as payment of fees.

About they accuse the clan of “swindlers and criminals”, since it maintains that they invent false auctions to strip them of the real guarantee to several more people.

“These scammers have a claim to deprive various families of their properties, pretending to be a counterpart and illegally presenting themselves in bidding processes to be landowners,” said lawyer Mora de Ramírez.

They further indicated thatWhile the conflict over the land continues, the small miners cannot work.

As a result of this situation, the miners demonstrated and an arrest warrant was quickly issued against them and would be related to the tentacles of the Fretes clan in justice.
