The dictatorship of Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo ordered the installation of the Doctor Juan Ignacio Gutiérrez Sacasa National Cancer Center in the extensive and luxurious facilities of the confiscated Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE). The project, they say, will be completed by the end of 2027.

INCAE, considered the most prestigious business school in Latin America, had its headquarters on a plot of land measuring more than 95 blocks in the south of Managua, approximately at kilometer 15 and a half of the Managua-El Crucero highway.

Another candidate is Arling Patricia Alonsowho currently holds the first vice presidency of the National Assembly, controlled by Sandinismo. Alonso was on the previous list.

And the third candidate in the new shortlist is Johanna Vanessa Floreswho has served as head of the Ministry of the Family, a position from which she has been ineffective in combating violence against women and rather has been an active political operator in proselytizing in favor of Sandinism with state resources and feeding the cult to the personality of tyrants.

The Chinese company “Nicaragua Xinxin Linze Minera Group” continues to accumulate concessions granted to it by the Ortega-Murillo regime in Nicaragua, through the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM). On November 11, it received a new permit that authorizes it to exploit metallic and non-metallic resources in 1,490 hectares in the municipalities of La Libertad and Santo Domingo, in Chontales.
