These are the highest-paying professions in the country, according to Talent.com

Salary is one of the key factors in working market which in Colombia is highly competitive. Especially for those recently graduated professionals with little work experience.

The Talent.com platform published a ranking that shows the best paid professions in the country. This portal explains that those who have better salary conditions are those who work in healthcare, pharmacy and social services since the average salary is $2,962,825.

In this field, specialized doctors They are the ones with the highest salary range. Starting with a cardiologist who earns an average of 10 million pesos, the anesthesiologist $8,663,500, the pathologist $6,500,000 and the psychiatrist $6,127,416.

Another of the fields that has high salaries according to the list of Talent.com are the engineers with an average salary of $2,697,592. In this sector, mining engineers stand out with a salary of $5,700,000, systems and software engineers, $3,000,000, and design engineers, $2,500,000.

Along with it is the information technology sector with an average salary of $2,836,467. In this field, those who work in business intelligence, back end and full stack stand out with a salary of $4,000,000. Also in front end and as system administrator with a salary of $3,700,000.
