Two Chilean hotels managed to position themselves among the 100 best in the world, according to the prestigious ranking “World’s Best Awards 2024” prepared by Travel + Leisure (T+L) magazine. This recognition highlights the excellence in service and the unique experience that these establishments offer their guests.
The national hotels highlighted by the publication are located in San Pedro de Atacama, in the Antofagasta region, and in the commune of Buin, south of the Metropolitan Region. These destinations, known for their natural beauty and cultural richness, provide the perfect setting for Hotels seeking to offer unforgettable experiences.
Among the award-winning accommodations is the Hotel Tierra Atacama, which is ranked 19th in the ranking. Besides of ranking In a global survey, Travel + Leisure has compiled a ranking of the “Best Resorts in South America,” in which Chile stood out significantly. Hotel Tierra Atacama and Hotel Casa Real de Viña Santa Rita topped the list, along with other resorts in the region, beating destinations that traditionally dominated this category, such as Uruguay and Peru.
