Vehicle controls on the routes leading to the Atlantic Coast were reinforced this Thursday morning, and will continue until Monday, with the aim of avoiding accidents as a result of the intense movement expected for the long weekend, official sources reported. .
The operations will be carried out jointly by the National Road Safety Agency (ANSV), dependent on the National Ministry of Transport, and the Transport portfolio of the province of Buenos Aires, who will verify the documentation required to circulate, the blood alcohol level, that speed limits are respected, and the improper circulation of bankers.
The controls will be carried out in the Dock Sud and Hudson tolls and on Provincial Routes 2 and 63while there will be preventive controls and patrols for which patrols, motorcycles and drones will be used, along with the resources provided by the Provincial Transportation portfolio and the federal forces in the face of the large circulation of vehicles that is estimated for these days .
The Minister of Transportation of the Nation, Alexis Guerrerapointed out that “these controls, as occurs on every long weekend and during tourist seasons, are deployed to work as a team with the Province of Buenos Aires with the aim of caring for the lives and safety of people who go out to the routes”.

The ANSV will also carry out different controls in the rest of the country together with the local jurisdictions and forces through its different operational bases deployed in the national territory.
