'There will be no clients, there will be people': Petro on health reform

These centers will be in Usme, Bosa, Ciudad Bolívar and, also, the most remote places in the center of the country, such as Acandí, Capurganá, La Guajira and else. After the first attention in these places, the second level will be entrusted to the network of hospitals and public-private clinics.
