The Ministry of Health reported this Sunday 57 deaths from coronavirus and 10,614 infections in the last week in Argentina, which represents 46% fewer cases than last Sunday (19,834).

According to the released data, the number of deaths decreased 12% in relation to last week when 65 deaths had been reported.

In this way, there are 129,768 deaths officially registered at the national level and 9,688,839 those infected since the start of the pandemic.

During the last week, 15 people died in Buenos Aires, 8 in the City of Buenos Aires, 1 in Catamarca, 4 in Chaco, 12 in Corrientes, 4 in Córdoba, 3 in Entre Ríos, 2 in Río Negro, 3 in Salta, 1 in San Juan, 1 in Santa Cruz, 2 in Santa Fe, and 1 in Santiago del Estero.

According to the Public Vaccination Monitor, the total number of doses applied amounts to 109,004,837, of which 40,943,527 received one dose, 37,779,287 both, 3,146,458 an additional one, 21,392,074 the first booster, and 5,709. 223 the second, while the vaccines distributed to the jurisdictions reach 116,928,162 and those donated to 5,083,000.
