Diana Vanessa Romero Vaquero, an auxiliary of the Metropolitan Police of Bogotá, has been missing since the night of Sunday, September 15, after performing her duty at the soccer match between Millonarios and La Equidad, played at the Metropolitano de Techo Stadium.
The young woman’s family reported her missing after receiving no response to their phone calls.
According to her mother, who spoke to the media outlet Noticias Caracol, Diana Vanessa called her at the end of the meeting to inform her that she was ready to return home.
However, after that conversation, the police assistant’s cell phone stopped responding and is currently turned off.

Authorities said Diana Vanessa was last seen at the stadium, where she was assigned to reinforce security during the sporting event. Since then, there has been no information on her whereabouts.
The Metropolitan Police of Bogotá has called on citizens to remain alert and report any information that could help locate the young woman.
