There is already a sentence for the murderer of Daniel Correa, Sao Paulo footballer who was murdered and mutilated in October 2018 for sleeping with his wife. Businessman Edison Brittes He has been sentenced to 42 years in prison for torturing the player, who was 24 years old at the time, to death. Although Brittes confessed to the murder the next day, it has taken six years to reach a sentence.
