The video that went viral allows the woman to see when she immobilizes the little boy, covers his mouth so that he does not cry, yells at him and even threatens to make him “take his vomit.”
This has served the Colombian Family Welfare Institute, ICBF, to open an Administrative Process for the Restoration of Rights, PARD, in favor of the victim.
But in addition, it led the institute to criminally denounce the woman who is seen in the images violating the minor.
Regarding the case, Lina Arbeláez, director of the ICBF, specified that the woman “offered child care, a criminal complaint was filed against the lady. The Family Ombudsman teams opened a right of process for the child and we are reviewing the emotional situation of the other children, to check if they were also subject to any abuse and to be able to activate the pertinent routes, ”she said.

The woman, according to what was established by Red + Noticias, was identified as Liliana MS, who has a home in her home in which she cares for the children of mothers who are heads of households.
