Iván Félix Cuevas Paucara, was the first social communicator who came to the commission last week and said he had been linked to this task since he left university and worked in an NGO dedicated to the defense of human rights.
Camila Jhoselin Luna Montaño, is a commercial engineer who delivered his documents this Monday and considers that the defense of the human rights of vulnerable sectors should be the main task of the Ombudsman and said that this office should have officials in all State offices to ensure the rights of users, consumers and General population.
