There are 392 public entities that failed to register the information on purchase orders in the Seace

There are 382 public entities that failed to comply with their obligation to register in the Electronic State Procurement System () the information on purchase or service orders, reported the State Procurement Supervisory Agency (OSCE).

Most of these entities are municipalities and regional governments, although the National Agrarian Innovation Program (PNIA), the Callao SA Public Service and Cleaning Company and the Sierra Central SRL Sanitation Service Provider Entity are also on the list. The complete list you can find it in .

Likewise, the OSCE specified that these entities have a period of 10 working days to correct the omissions incurred.

“In the case of those entities that do not comply with the due rectification, the initiation of the actions regulated in Directive No. 003-2020-OSCE/CD will be provided; Therefore, the owner of the respective entity will be informed, in addition to being reported to the National Control System so that corrective measures and the corresponding actions are adopted, ”he added.

In the same way, he indicated that the registry allows to strengthen the transparency in the use of public resources that are invested to fulfill the institutional purposes, goals and objectives.

“The data that must be recorded corresponds to the contracting entity, contracted amount, budget credit certification and/or the forecast of resources, as well as the administrative record of its budget execution, contractor data, date of issuance of the order, description of the subject matter of contracting, among others”, he added.
