A judge of the World Trade Organization (WTO) authorized this Wednesday, January 26, China to impose annual tariffs worth 645 million dollars against products imported from U.S (USA), due to the US refusal to comply with the agency’s rulings contrary to its tariffs on Chinese exports.
The figure has been calculated based on the damages suffered by the exporters chinese because of the aforementioned US tariffs, which the WTO declared inconsistent with international trade rules, sources close to the organization, based in Geneva, pointed out.
