These four people were prosecuted for the alleged commission of the punishable act of attempted intentional homicide, attempted aggravated robbery and criminal association after this episode, recorded yesterday morning in the town of San Cristóbal.
During this episode, one of the criminals, identified as Modesto Espínola Pintos, 26, was killed. He himself had an arrest warrant for family violence and aggravated robbery. On the other hand, Juan Gabriel Gauto, 23, was injured, with a history of aggravated robbery.
Based on the elements collected and analyzed, including closed circuit images, the prosecutor considers that José Felipe Zanetti, owner of the business, acted in legitimate defense, for which he will not be charged after ending the life of one of those involved. in fact.
The Public Ministry requested as a precautionary measure the preventive detention of the four defendants.
